Dr. Masashi Akizuki’s expertise is to diagnose, treat and supervise
the management of rheumatic diseases from an internal medicine standpoint
and he strives to achieve the highest level of medical excellence in
a warm and caring atmosphere. Rheumatic diseases cause pain and/or stiffness
in the joints, muscles and tendons. Rheumatoid arthritis and connective
tissue diseases are common. It is estimated that there are over 100
human diseases included in this category. For proper treatment, early
diagnosis is essential.He is fluent in English and hopes to relieve medical anxiety for foreigners living in this country. He welcomes new patients and hope you will give him an opportunity to care for you and your family.
He will also see patients with internal medical problems, rheumatic and allergic diseases and will do physical examinations for international schools.
